* Onboarding and offboarding: Two-way consent between candidate and Workstream Lead
* Putting in full-time hours at the DAO
* Paid for by a workstream's budget

There are also a few (less than 10) part-time core-contributors. To qualify as a core contributor on a part-time basis, one must be working a minimum of 20 hours/week consecutively for a minimum of 3 months.

These individuals are distinct from contractors who are paid by workstreams for limited-time engagements.
