oSNAP

oSnap is a module that is added to a Safe with rules on how to evaluate a Snapshot proposal. oSnap, which executes the results of DAO Snapshot votes via a Safe with validation by UMA. This is made possible by having a published set of rules and public information secured by UMA’s optimistic oracle. A video demonstration of the oSnap Safe App can be viewed here.

Gitcoin has integrated oSnap into its existing Snapshot space and Safe infrastructure. This integration helps in streamlining the execution of governance decisions by automatically executing successful Snapshot votes on-chain, eliminating the need for redundant votes on Tally.
